This thesis is a piece of qualitative research focused on patient experiences of Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. The research was conducted online, in patient forums on Reddit and Instagram. It focuses on themes of disinformation and misinformation dissemination, as well as patient-physician interaction.
